Brewery is the AlphaSwap’s solution for players that want benefit from noninflationary yield farming through adding liquidity to ALPHA. Players can participate by adding APT to the Brewery contract to earn passive perpetual APT rewards, while also providing locked liquidity to the ALPHA ecosystem! APT rewards are paid out instantly and through a persisting ALPHA protocol from the dividend pool.

Brewery helps provide long-term price support and an ever rising potential price floor, as permanently locked liquidity is added to the ALPHA token on the AlphaSwap's swap exchange. Not only are players able to receive perpetual APT dividends using Brewery, but Brewery ensures that the floor of liquidity for ALPHA is hardened, providing permanently locked liquidity and long-term price support. When you enter the Brewery contract you are swapping APT for a token called BEER that is held by the Brewery contract and represents your share of the ALPHA/APT liquidity pool. BEER will not fluctuate in value and is pegged 1:1 with ALPHA-APT (ALPHA's native liquidity pool token).

The amount of BEER held by a player determines their share of the dividends that they will receive from the Brewery's instant and daily dividend pools. When you swap APT for BEER and vice versa there is a 10% tax that is used to pay APT rewards to people in the Brewery and lock liquidity in the ALPHA-APT liquidity pool. 2% of the APT used to buy BEER is immediately distributed to people in the Brewery, 5% goes into the Brewery pool which pays out 2% of it's balance every day to people in the Brewery, and 3% is permanently locked in the ALPHA liquidity pool! Your share of the Brewery will fluctuate overtime; decreasing as more BEER are purchased by other players. You can always increase your share by compounding or purchasing more BEER.

We have also implemented a 1% fee on ALPHA-APT swaps and this fee goes into the Brewery dividend pool that is distributed daily proportional to players BEER holdings. This creates an additional stream of APT into the Brewery contract which is not dependent on more people buying BEER by entering the Brewery!
